These Terms of Service govern your use of the website at www.banhla.shop (the "Site"), operated by BANH LAO & THAI CUISINE LLC, 7340 Kenwood Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45236, United States (the "Company"). By accessing the Site you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.
The Site is an informational reference describing the Company's registered business scope — forty-eight foodservice categories organized across three service stations (full service, limited service, and snack & nonalcoholic beverage). The Site is provided for general information only.
Nothing on this Site constitutes a menu, price list, catering quote, offer of foodservice, or invitation to transact. You cannot place orders, make reservations, purchase gift cards, or arrange catering through the Site. Any foodservice transaction occurs solely through the venue's own licensed, in-person channels.
The Site's text, design system, graphics, ticket-rail artwork, and the BANH LAO & THAI CUISINE name and marks are the property of the Company or its licensors. You may view and share links to the Site, but may not copy, republish, or commercially exploit its content without written permission.
You agree not to: (a) use the Site for unlawful purposes; (b) scrape, crawl, or harvest Site content in bulk; (c) attempt to probe or disrupt the hosting environment; (d) impersonate the Company or forge communications appearing to come from us; or (e) use Site information to defraud third parties.
The Company does not solicit prepayments, deposits, card details, or gift-card codes by email or phone. Communications claiming otherwise are fraudulent and not ours. We assume no liability for payments made to impersonators, and we encourage you to report them to us and to your payment provider.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranty, express or implied, as to accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a purpose, or uninterrupted availability. Category lists and descriptive content may change without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company, its members, managers, and the Site's Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Site. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to the Site shall not exceed USD $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your reliance on Site content contrary to the disclaimers above.
The Site may reference third-party services (hosting, fonts). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices.
We may suspend or restrict access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice — including automated abuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for any dispute arising from or relating to the Site or these Terms lies in the state or federal courts located in Hamilton County, Ohio.
If a provision of these Terms is unenforceable, the remainder continues in force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and the Company concerning the Site.
We may revise these Terms from time to time; the revised version is effective when posted. Continued use of the Site after posting constitutes acceptance.
